Registration Notice

Please be advised of the following important registration details:

• Pre-registration Deadline: June 19th, 2025
  After this date, on-site registration rates will apply.
• Registration Requirement for Authors with Accepted Papers
  To present your paper at ITC-CSCC 2025, each accepted paper must be covered by at least one Full Registration, regardless of the author's title or affiliation (professor, student, etc.).
• However, if the same author has multiple accepted papers, you are not required to pay a Full Registration fee for every paper. Instead, the following rule applies:

✅ Registration Policy (Simplified):

* A Full Registration is always required at least once, even for student authors.

* From the second paper onward, you may register those papers with Student Registration, only if the presenting or corresponding author is the same person.

* This policy is designed to support authors submitting multiple papers while ensuring fair participation.

• ITC-CSCC 2025에서 논문을 발표하기 위해 논문 1편당 최소 1개의 Full Registration이 필수입니다.
  (학생 여부와 관계없이, 발표 논문당 반드시 Full Registration이 1개 이상 필요합니다.)
  다만, 모든 논문이 Full 등록 대상인 것이 원칙이지만, 같은 저자 여러 편의 논문을 발표하는 경우에만, 첫 번째 논문은 Full로 등록하고 나머지 논문은 Student 등록으로 인정됩니다. (위의 표 참조)
• Receipts and Participation Certificates: Receipts and participation certificates will be issued only to authors who have paid the registration fees. *Receipts and participation certificates for registration fees can be downloaded after payment is completed.
  *All documents will be issued in the name of the registrant, and changes are difficult.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• To cancel your registration, please send a cancellation request to the Secretariat via email: inter@theieie.org
• A refund will be issued minus a processing fee of USD 100 or KRW 140,000 if the cancellation is requested on or before June 19, 2025 (KST).
• No refunds or cancellations will be processed after June 19, 2025 (KST).
• Refunds are not available for No-Shows at the conference.
